General questions

Do you have set working hours on a wedding day?

No, we don’t believe in limiting your wedding to strict hours. A wedding day should be a celebration, not a race against the clock.We arrive bright and early to capture all the details and moments as they unfold.

From preparations to dancing, we’ll be with you until 10 pm so you can enjoy the day without worrying about time limits.

Do we need to have a pre-booking meeting?

It’s not mandatory, but we highly recommend it. Meeting beforehand—whether virtually, over coffee, or even just through a relaxed chat online—gives us a chance to connect.

These meetings are your space to ask questions, share your vision, and get comfortable with us. It’s important that we “click” because we’ll play a big role in how you remember your wedding day.

How will we receive our wedding photos and video?

Your photos and film will be delivered through a private, beautifully designed online gallery that’s easy to view and share with friends and family.

If your package includes a keepsake box, you’ll also receive a memory stick with all your final images and video safely stored.

How many photos and how long is the wedding film?

You’ll receive at least the number outlined in your chosen package—plus some extra moments we just couldn’t leave out.

We believe your story deserves to be told in full. If a photo or video clip adds to your memory of the day, it will be included.

When will we get our photos and video?

Your full gallery and wedding film are typically ready within 8–12 weeks, depending on the season. To make the wait easier, we send you a small preview collection within two weeks so you can relive a few highlights right away.

What happens if there’s an issue with the files or equipment?

We treat your memories with the utmost care. Every photo is recorded to dual memory cards for instant backup as we shoot.When we return home, your files are stored across multiple hard drives and cloud backups.

We also bring backup cameras, lenses, and batteries to every wedding to ensure nothing is missed.

Do you travel for weddings, and what are the costs?

Yes, we love to travel! Weddings within Gauteng are included at no extra cost.For weddings outside the area, travel and accommodation may be required.

We’ll always discuss these with you upfront so there are no surprises.

Pricing FAQs

What's the booking process?

If you’re interested in working with us, simply reach out through our contact form. From there, we can connect in whichever way feels most comfortable—whether that’s a virtual call, a coffee meet-up, or even just via email.

To officially secure your wedding date, a 30% booking fee and a signed contract are required. Once that’s in place, your date is locked in and you can relax knowing everything is taken care of.

What if our wedding runs longer than planned?

Weddings are beautifully unpredictable. If things run later than expected, we’re flexible to stay longer. Additional hours can be added at a set hourly rate so no important moment is missed.

When is payment due?

To secure your wedding date with us, a 30% booking fee is required. The remaining balance can be paid at your convenience, but must be finalized no later than two weeks before your wedding date.

What happens if we need to cancel our booking?

• More than 1 year before your date → 100% of booking fee refunded.
• 6–12 months before → 50% refunded.
• Less than 6 months before → booking fee non-refundable.

If you’ve already paid more than the booking fee, any additional payments made before the two-week deadline will be refunded in full.

Can we pay in monthly installments?

Yes! We’re happy to arrange a plan that works for you.Just reach out to us directly, and we’ll chat through the options together. We know every couple’s situation is unique, so we’ll figure something out that feels comfortable and manageable for you.
