I see you don’t have working hours.
Absolutely! A wedding day should be a celebration, not a race against the clock.
I believe that it is not necessary to add more stress to the wedding day by trying to condense your wedding day in just 8 hours. I cannot explain the freedom that this brings.
I make sure to arriving bright and early, taking care of all the essential details, so our time together flows without interruptions.
Your schedule is your own, and I will be at your disposal until 10 pm, allowing you to savour every moment.
Pre-booking meetings: necessary?
Absolutely! Mandatory, no? But highly recommended! To me it’s vital for us to connect. These meetings are your chance to address any concerns, ask questions, and get a sense of how I'll be capturing your special day.
Remember, it's crucial that we click since I'll play a significant role in shaping how you remember your wedding day.
How do I receive the photos and video?
Your images and wedding film will be uploaded to an online gallery, making it incredibly easy for you to share with friends and family.
The gallery showcases your images beautifully.
If you selected an investment option that includes a keepsake box, you'll also receive a memory stick with the final product loaded onto it.
How long does it take to deliver the goods?
In the highly unlikely event that I'm unable to attend, rest assured I will go above and beyond to find a replacement photographer or videographer of equal caliber.
They will capture your day, and I'll take care of editing to ensure the final product reflects Reeler Photo and Film's signature style.
Let’s talk number. How many images are included and how long is the video?
You'll receive the number of photos or video clips outlined in the Investment Options, plus a few extra.
I share in the memory of your wedding day and take my role in capturing this special occasion very seriously.
I don't believe in withholding beautiful images or video clips; if it was captured and enriches your memory of the day, it will be included.
Pricing FAQs
What's the booking process?
To secure your date with us, a 30% booking fee is required, along with a signed contract. For more detailed information, please follow the 'Schedule a virtual coffee' tab. You can then set up a zoom call with me and bring along all your questions you might have and I will do my best to answer them for you. This is a obligation free meeting.
Going over the contracted time?
Weddings are wonderfully unpredictable. While we plan meticulously, unexpected moments are part of the day.
If we need extra time, I'm flexible to stay a bit longer. Should it be necessary, additional hours can be added at a specified rate.
When do you require payment ?
To secure your wedding date with us, a 30% booking fee is required. The remaining balance can be paid at your convenience, but must be finalized no later than two weeks before your wedding date.
What happens if I need to cancel?
If you need to cancel, the booking-fee is fully refundable if the cancellation is made more than one year before your wedding date. This allows me ample time to rebook the date. If you cancel between one year and six months before the wedding, 50% of the booking-fee will be refunded. However, if the cancellation is made less than six months before the wedding date, the booking-fee is non-refundable.
If you cancel after having paid the full amount or made incremental payments beyond the 30% deposit before the two-week deadline, I will refund the additional amount paid.
Do you accept monthly payments ?
Yes, I do accept monthly payments and can custom make packages for you, based on your budget. Please visit the Pricing tab for more details. There after you can follow the 'Schedule a virtual coffee' tab and I will answer all your questions regarding payment terms.
